I was happily greeted (I think her name is Natalie) when I arrived to the Spa Boutique yesterday (March 26th, 2023). She knows I LOVE jewelry and she proceeded to tell me to look to the new jewelry in the back of the gift shop and I was amazed about the variety and the beauty of the items. She is always very cheerful and pleasant. And on top of everything I was also greeted nicely by the Spa Director.

The pedicurist was fantastic! The rules and front desk arent so great. I booked two visits for a pedicure and my daughter is 17. The staff would not let her use the facilities because she was under the age of 18. Not once did the website ask for information and the age of my daughter. It never explained that we could not use the facilities. We couldnt even use the locker room. I was disappointed. I think this rule is old fashioned and no longer needed. I am her mother and if she is with me then it shouldnt be a problem.

Angel was amazing! That was the best massage I’ve ever had! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The spa was clean and offered lots of amenities. I will definitely go back!

We arrived early and were told by multiple staff members that the spa was going to be very busy that day. Everything was rushed. The massage was average, at best and not very relaxing.

Had a facial with Ema. She was beyond amazing! Warm, kind, explained everything she was doing, made some suggestions for my personal skin care. Absolutely loved her and the entire experience.

i was very happy with my my partial highlights as the stylist carefully listened to what i wanted and then executed perfectly on it. she was also very friendly and interesting to talk with.

Wouldn't recommend. My daughter and I booked massages and when we arrived were shown the choices for "add-ons," we both chose to add the scalp massage for an extra $25. We were encouraged to pay up front so that we didn't have to mess with it afterwards. Should NOT have done that! We received our massages. You have no idea how long your massage has taken while you're in the room with no clock present. When we found out that it was only the original 50 minutes, we assumed that we didn't receive the "add on". I didn't think that I had received the scalp massage because it wasn't really anything more than what I had received at other salons with a regular massage, except a ton of oil on the top of my head.

We told them at the front desk, and they informed us that it didn't add on any time. What? Really? So, let me get this correct. I paid for a massage which is charged by the amount of time you want the massage to be and then I add on a service, and it doesn't add on any time to what I've already paid for? Essentially, you received more money for an extra service and took away time on a service that I had already paid for. If I was aware that I was going to pay for an additional service, but it was going to be taken away from time that I was already paying for within a separate service, I obviously would NOT have done that! The only reply that the girl at the front desk gave us was "no worries" Obviously, it wasn't a worry for her. I was trying out your salon for a group of my friends that are visiting AZ in a couple of weeks and have advised them to go elsewhere. Our mistake, we should have looked at the reviews on Yelp beforehand.

i had the renewal pedicure and it was just what i was looking for to trim, buff and clean up my nails. Facility was beautiful and clean and the attendant very professional and friendly.
