Getting my teeth cleaned in February,2022 was great. The technical staff was great, the clerical staff is a absolute joke. Was charged in December for a office visit that I paid for in October. Keep getting the run around... office manager hasn't responded to my phone calls. Going on three months and still no luck.

Everytime in there it is a chaotic experience. The last time I was there Amy had retired. The woman working the front desk was resolving some issue between two coworkers on the phone loudly. At the end she just set me up an appointment like I have no job or life. She was rude to the temp office hygienist. Down right will never go back. Went to the office across the street.

I had my routine scheduled cleaning appointment for November 1st. I received a call asking me to reschedule stating that the doctor was cutting down her hours and only going to be there on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I rescheduled for Wednesday, November 10th. After I finished my cleaning the hygienist said the doctor would be with me for my exam. She said Dr. Golden would be there in about 20 minutes and maybe I won’t get to see her. I was confused. She informed me that Dr. Golden retired.I was completely surprised as I was not notified up until that moment that I would not be seeing doctor Golden. When the doctor there entered the room she said that Dr. Golden was on medical leave. Earlier this month the office staff my eye doctor called to inform me that she would not be there on my schedule appointment day due to family emergency but that another physician could see me who I did see on my I scheduled day. I feel very strongly that someone from the office should have notified me that I would not be seeing Dr. Golden prior to my visit. I have been seeing Dr. Golden for several years and would have expected this courtesy. Dr. Golden always treated me as a person not just a patient. I hope you acknowledge my concern and feelings and inform other patients who have upcoming scheduled appointments with Dr. Golden so they are not blindsided as I was!
