I just called you regarding an ear infection that my dog, Maximus, currently has. He seems to get at least one to two ear infections a year. Anyway, I was told Max needs to see a doctor, and the earliest appointment is this coming Saturday. Every time Max has an ear infection, I'm charged for a doctor consult and various other tests. And every time those expensive tests are negative, and then you finally give me the standard antibiotic for this type of dog infection, and it works within a few days. Why can't I pick up that antibiotic today, Wednesday? Why does Max need to suffer for four additional days before you see him? I'll be going to a new veterinarian TODAY to get immediate relief for Maximus.
