Although covid has dictated our relocation to our summer home which has a low covid rate, we have not had occassion to use Aguirre service for some months, now, but...when previously confronted w/ the issues some of my rare vehicles have, they rose to the challenge and perfomed those repairs necessary to put the vehicle back in order.

Have moved to 2nd home high in the mountains to avoid possible covid esposure, so have not used these folks for about 2 years! But...you can count on them, regardless of the complexity of the problems!

Trust me, here, my vehicle fleet would test not only Job, but any garage and its techs (remember They used to be called mechanics!) ALL are imports, all having clocked at least 100K miles, except my 1992 Mercedes 500SL! It is more of an investment than a daily driver! And...some are rather strange and rare! When did you last see a VW Phaeton? Other than my own, I have seen ONLY one ever, in this country! About 3400 sold in US & Canada during the 3 years VW sold them here, but pulled out, learning quickly that not too many Americans are going to fork over $100K for a Volkswagen! But, it is one of the finest cars ever built! Now, though, if you are a garage, where in the Devil do you get parts for such a beast? Well, Mark & Keith always managed to do so, the last time it was in was for a broken hood release that seemed to have a mind of its own! But, they got it fixed! I do have a newish vehicle, a 2019 Hyundai Tucson Sport that the wife uses, her having the Infiniti Q45 strand her on I-10 and she made it quite clear that her love of old cars was now finished (after 54 years of marriage, I know how to obey!) The Q45 sits at Mark's, the pandemic tending to complicate lots of things! I am sure he will get to it when I ask him to! I just may cause a coronary, though, when I bring in my 2004 Volvo Cross Country, showing 224K miles on the clock!

I received a quote that sounded too "reasonable" . I was kept abreast of progress. The quote was right on. The service was fast and efficient. My truck rode like a dream. And they didn't even lose the key.

Positive: Professionalism

I have a number of older special interest imports, some valuable, some not (a Mercedes Benz 500SL & VW Phaeton being 2 examples). Mark and his folks have always been able to deal w/ the issues they had. Whenever there was a "bring back", they jumped on it to quickly make it right!
