The dental hygienist forgot to give my daughter a choice from the treat basket when they finished, and instead just turned away to the computer and to talk to the dentist. My daughter went looking for the treat basket and the receptionist was cold and rude as always. Thankfully the hygienist working with my son noticed and let her choose from her basket. It's the details that matter, especially with the kids. People who don't know that and are rude to kids have no business working with them. My sons experience was fine, but I'm seriously considering going elsewhere next time. We miss Dr Justin...

Dentist and dental staff were nice and friendly. I could not say the same for the secretary. It seems like she was annoyed and unnapproachable. It is so difficult to make appoitments for treatments because they do not do treatments on the weekend and their weekday hours are limited from 8 am - 2pm. My kid is in school! I just could not not let my kid be absent from school or make muself be off from work . And this is a

Pediatric dentist office. I wish hours were more flexible.

It was good. Staff is very friendly, my daughter was little scared since it was her first visit, they did a great job in making her feel comfortable.

Will recommend to my friends too.

I was disappointed with the secretary. Very cold and not welcoming. She didn't even smile once or say hello to my son.

The nurse was also very quiet and didn't interact at my child at all. This bothered me because my son is only 2 years old and this was his second experience at the dentist office. I had to tell her it was his second time there.

However when the dentist came she was very warm and talked to my son however she left us before I could ask any questions.

Next time I wish the dentist would ask do I have any questions before leaving and going to the next patient.

This was our first time meeting Dr. Blair. She was informative and caring. Both my boys really liked her which will make going to the dentist a breeze in the future. It's nice to have a dentist/orthodontist on staff to give advice on orthodontic concerns.

The staff was professional and focused on my children the whole time. They helped walked my 3.5 year old daughter verbally through her appointment while making her feel really comfortable at the same time. My daughter loves the whole experience and was really excited to be there. They also were understanding of how to make my 1.5 year old feel comfortable for his appointment and address his specific needs for his teeth (which are different than my 3.5 year old). They offer prizes afterwards and stickers. Before they visit, they have a fun play area which both of my kids were super excited about before and after their visit. We would recommend this office to anyone with young children seeking a comfortable, safe, and happy place to take your children for their teeth.

Everyone did a wonderful job making my 2 year old son feel comfortable at his first dentist appointment. The office is very clean with a fun atmosphere and all of the staff are very professional and friendly.. My son came home very excited about the experience and he told everyone about it.
