This is the worse place I’ve ever been. The dr tried to tell me my dog had rabies and I needed to surrender him to animal control.

The wait was not bad at all, we mush have came at the right time. My puppy has a virus and is feeling better. Very pleased and will be back if we have any emergencies. I appreciate the staff here!

The care given by the staff was incredible!! If it wasnt for them, my little girl Harleigh wouldn't be alive. They went above and beyond to care for her, and gave us updates every few hours. We cant thank them enough!!

Wish zero were an option. Would not go here unless you have absolutely no other option!!! Do research. Their site claims good rating but almost every other site tells the truth. They don’t really care about animals. Proof when they apparently repeatedly turn animals away for inexcusable reasons. Wait is ridiculous as, according to reviews, they are loud and cutting up in back. Perhaps the day vet is better, but emergency care is horrible

Didn’t think I had much choice for emergency care as I am relatively new to area. Waited over 3 hours on VERY uncomfortable bench first visit. During appointment later in week, waited one hour in exam room. Could hear staff laughing and cutting up (scaring my cat). Not once did anyone come in to explain the delay. I’m glad after all my dealings with this terrible place I found out I have choices. Luckily, the refused my cat despite possible life threatening, though common, problem. They l claimed no one could help. If that were true, that sheds even more disturbing light on this place. Would drive to another county before I’d return here

Little too no communication between workers or to pet owner. After dropping lots of money there, they claimed they couldn’t unblock my cat when he blocked again. Very doubtful that was true. Felt as is they had gotten the money they wanted from me. No one updated me on my fur baby, though I was told they would. I had to call and never spoke to a vet without request. I didn’t like them when my journey started and they proved they were as bad as I feared. I love my animal too much to ever bring back to this place
