The satff always treat us like family, very comforting and reassuring about what they need to share. The entire staff makes me feel comfortable when ever I come to the office. What can I say...they are great!

I've been gong to this clinic for the last 4 years. This is my 3rd dog.

In general what I like about this place is once they know you they know you! That is very comforting to me.

Each of my dogs have been treated well, and were pretty popular on their visits.

I appreciate that you can call to get updates, and that the Dr's will call you to update you on the progress or if any concerns arise.

Long waits are to be expected in any emergency room. I would have appreciated updates without having to ask. Also, when I lived in New York City, I was allowed to be in the exam room with my cat.

However, I did get a chance to talk with the doctor and see the X-Ray before I took my cat home.

Long wait time even though I seemed to be the only client there, first thing on Saturday afternoon. No cars at all in the parking lot, perhaps the vet was late in arriving as it was over half a hour before I was put in a room even though I was the only one there. But the staff was pleasant and so was the doctor. They had no surgeon there, sign on the door said to go to another facility if your pet might need surgery. I did not like being unable to speak to the vet, had to talk only to the tech, then she took the dog back for an exam out of my presence, then finally the vet comes in and gave his opinion. I would have preferred to see the exam and speak to him beforehand. But these were minor issues overall, and would not keep me from going back again. I would definitely try them again.
