I expected a long wait but when i arrived the parking lot and lobby was empty, it filled steadily afterwards, still i was there 5 hours. There were lots of critical cases, i understand probably 4 animals died or were put down in the 5 hours i was there. It just seems there should be away to triage and treat less critical cases ahead of others or separate from others. Its probably a staffing issue and nothing can be done if people wont work.

My dog was hit by a car afterhours on Saturday evening. We drive 48 minutes to the closest emergency vet. They took good care of our boy and patched him up. I do feel that it should be more affordable for people to get help for their beloved pets especially in an emergency situation.. We spent every single dime that we had saved for Christmas gifts on his care. He is worth it after all. He protects us so we take care of him. I just wish that it had been more affordable for us to get him the help that he needed.

Took ages and ended up with a lot of drugs we didn’t need according to our regular vet a few days afterwards.

We brought my dog in because she has disc disease in her back and she suddenly became paralyzed and was dragging her back legs. We had been dealing with this and we decided ahead of time NOT to do surgery when it got this bad for her quality of life but to put her to sleep. We were told when we walked in that they only had 3 vets and as a result they wouldn’t let us be in the room for her euthanasia because “if they get it we’re understaffed” “it” being Covid. What? So they told me where to try where they were letting patients in to be with their pets. We went there instead. And on a separate note Dr. Streck was extremely condescending when he called us on the phone to tell us what he saw in her. He said my dog could live years on her 3 meds just fine then smothered us in medical talk that my husband didn’t understand. He was all about speaking and not answering our questions when my husband asked what he suggested we do? He recommended going over to Winston to get evaluated for emergency surgery. Totally contradicting what he said about her living just on these 3 medications she was on. The second place we went to was incredible about helping us.

Received excellent service when our 13 year old lab lost all balance and couldn’t walk over Thanksgiving weekend. They took him in immediately. We thought maybe he had a stroke and were prepared for thousands of dollars of tests, Blood work, X-rays, etc. After a short time we were told no tests were necessary, he was diagnosed with vestibular syndrome (vertigo), was prescribed with motion sickness medicine, and within a couple hours we were able to take him home where he is making steady progress. Our bill was $181 so we were pleasantly surprised. Dr Hall was very professional, explained everything to us in great detail, would highly recommend them!!

Chelsea has always done an outstanding job in grooming my hair. I would find it difficult for anyone to have a negative experience at this salon. If that were the case then maybe the problem was they themselves.
