I am very disappointed in my premium each month. The price keeps going up and up, I do not have an tickets or accidents but yet my price keeps getting higher.

I love working with all the staff at A Insurance, particularly the Kaysville office that is close to my home. The staff is very helpful and always gets back to me in a timely fashion. Roger really cares about his clients!

Our only recent interaction was a call from your company reminding us that our premium is due soon. That being the case I am actually very grateful for the call! I have been a customer of Bear River for many years, and several years ago, for some reason we did not receive a renewal notice/bill. Not receiving the bill it didn't even cross my mind that it was that time of year again. Our insurance was cancelled by Bear River without notice. I was very upset and the people at the main Bear River office were very rude. I had to "start over" again at higher premiums. My experience with the people at A Insurance however, has been nothing but great. Wonderful friendly people who have always been kind and helpful, and have taken care of me every time. They are the only reason I still have Bear River insurance.

We were not happy with the outcome of our Bear River Home Insurance policy claim. The claim was denied. A-Insurance was helpful. Bear River sent a rep out. He verified the damage and was optimistic that the claim would be covered. His supervisor said we knew about the damage. Of course we knew that's why we knew it needed to be repaired. If we didn't know about it, how would the damage ever get repaired? Didn't make much sense to us. In 20 years, we have never submitted a claim. We always fixed the small things that came up. Very disappointed with Bear River
