Tech arrived within the scheduled window and was very friendly and seemed to care and take time to listen to me explain the issue we were having with our AC unit. He also explained everything he was doing and made sure I didn't have any unanswered questions before he left.

From start to finish, my experience with Air-Art in Chico was excellent. I called inquiring about services and left a message. Within about an hour, I received a call back. The woman who assisted me over the phone was upfront about pricing and specific about what I should expect. Background: I have only ever rented apartments and had the landlords deal with (or not) the HVAC systems. As a complete newbie to this service, I felt heard and educated along the way.

The date of service came, and I was so anxious (I'm an anxious person). I called and asked for a quick refresher and was put at ease immediately, again by the same woman who helped me that first day.

The technician, Steven, arrived on time, was courteous, professional, and exceeded my expectations. He provided education as he went along through each step and made everything appear simple. He knew precisely what he needed to do each step and helped me anticipate each next step. When the job was done, I felt so much better about our HVAC system and know what to expect next time.

I will definitely be a return client! Exceptional service!
