Thank you for your comments. We do schedule 50 minutes for our initial new patient exam and 90 minutes for the initial hygiene appointment. They can either be booked together or separately, as to the patients preference. As patient's needs and teeth vary greatly, this maximum time has been found to be the best to be able to provide all patients with thorough initial visits. A lot is assessed, reviewed and discussed at these initial appointments and we don't want to short change our patients by rushing the visit. The following recall exams with cleanings , "check ups", then take the typical hour, which is likely what you are comparing it to.

I am new to BC and I can't tell you how relieved I was to find a salon that made me feel like a valued client. It is truly rare to find an establishment that understands the power of word of mouth and also the fact that clients (especially women) come in to spend time and money to feel pampered and relaxed, so it should be the number one priority to keep the client coming back to have another enjoyable experience time after time.
