I am very unhappy with the lack of professionalism. I bought a carrier system from them 5 years ago. Now 5 years and 3 weeks later the fan coil quits working. Air handlers said the warranty was for five years or 10 years if it was not for a rental. I contacted carrier. They said they will not do anything because I did not register my unit with them. Air handlers did not give me the information I needed, so I did not register it. Air handlers cost me $1000.00. When they came out to find the problem they said it was low on freon. They said they could not fix that until the new coil was put in. So they installed the coil and said the equipment that would charge the unit broke and they would need to make another appointment for later. I told them I was not going to pay for another service call. He said he needed to check with his boss.

Kevin was awesome. He was very professional and didn't talk down to my wife before I arrived. He explained everything he was doing with great detail. Loved the experience and would recommend Air Handlers over and over agian

Best hvac company around, everyone is up to date on all systems and provides outstanding service. Great Company !! I know because I used to install units and the related duct work until I hurt my back in car accident.

We had to use this company per our insurance, so we had no prior interaction with them. It took almost 24 hours for them to come fix our heat which seemed like a while, but my husband said it wasn't terrible. When the tech got here, he wreaked of smoke to the point that I didn't want him in my house and I had to stand back 5 feet to be able to breathe. He was quick and fixed our problem, but he smelled so bad. Maybe have a policy that the techs can't smoke a carton of cigarettes before they see clients?

Although my issue won't be completed until my air handler thaws out (!!) yesterday was my first time calling this company. I had lost contact info on another hvac guy I had used for years and called a friend who'd mentioned air handlers mechanical and her experience with them. I called and a mechanic was at my house in 25 minutes! I'm sure this isn't the norm but I'm switching companies.
