It was a great experience. Keith came out right away and gave me an estimate. The first company I had come out never did send me an estimate even after I called and begged him for weeks to send an estimate. I had two other estimates after Keith and it took awhile but Keith was lowest and still honored his estimate. Keith also let me do some of the demo so that saved me some money. They were really easy to work with. Also my second half payment check got lost in the mail and they were very patient with me until I brought them the final check. Over all it was a great experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Great service. Friendly staff. They are tackling a complex issue with in floor heat and coming up with solutions. Will definitely use again.

We are sharing our feedback of Air Max because we couldn't be happier with the experience we had in doing business with them from the first phone call through the completed installation. The first call placed with them was answered right away with a friendly reception. Was able to quickly book an appointment for someone to come out to the house for consultation. We had a very old air conditioner with a heat pump that finally went out and needed to be replaced. Too cost prohibitive to repair. Keith arrived and took the time to explain different options available, costs and benefits of each option and answer all our questions. We did not feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. Thank You Keith for being so personable and giving us the time to weigh options without being pressured.

After a couple weeks of pondering the options, we made a decision on the new air conditioner / heat pump and furnace. We went into the office to personally make a payment, meet the staff and get on the schedule for install. The staff was friendly and personable. Was also impressed with their shop onsite.

From the time of getting on the installation schedule to the date of installation, we were kept informed with reminders and who the lead technician will be.

On the day of installation, Evan, the lead tech arrived exactly at the scheduled time. They knew exactly what needed to be done and made short order of getting the job done. The technicians were highly experienced and professional. When the job was done, they took the old equipment with them for disposal and left the entire work areas clean.

Thank you to entire Air Max team for making this a great experience for us.

It was an easy process from setting up the appointment to having the technician come out earlier than expected. We just wanted a furnace check since it’s an older system. Derek Kurtz made sure everything was in working order.

Air Max did an excellent job start to finish. Keith came out to take a look at my project and listened what I wanted done. He gave me a timely estimate and we moved forward. The installer also communicated with what I wanted and gave me his expert advice. The job is finished without a hiccup!
