We replaced our two-system a/c in 2020 (or maybe it was 2019?) and purchased the gold maintenance plan thereafter. Our experiences have been favorable overall. I suggest that the company cease to offer financing through Wells Fargo (we did not use but come on, it’s the most evil bank in the US).

A difficult delivery because the door openings are just passable. These guys took their time and didn’t damage any of the walls or doors. They were on time, polite and professional. We’ve had other delivery folks who made a mess of things. These two gentleman were GREAT.
