I appreciate the service I receive from these air conditioning and heating experts. I am so glad I found them through the Diamond Certified book. We had a brief power outage on MLK day and didn't realize when the power came back on that the fan did not. The HVAC tech tried to talk my husband thriygh simple troubleshooting to avoid charging us for a home call. However, the HVAC tech realized the simple steps didn't fix the problem, he came to the house, diagnosed and made the required repair on our heater. The level of service and response is excellent, and I highly recommend Air Quality and Heating company.

Air Quality originally installed my HVAC about 14 years ago and I have had annual maintenance even since without any major issues between service. Air Quality technicians are professionally and courteous. This last time the owner, Matt, was out training a new tech. He always comes out when there is a new person on board to ensure his high standards are met. Air Quality gets the job right the first time!!
