I have to share with you this. The tech was very prompt and courteous and fixed AC quickly. I’m always curious about people and their jobs and ask him how long we had worked for you and how he got started. He shared his story that initially he was the one crawling under the homes installing duct work and that later he was given the opportunity to be trained and become a tech. I could tell he was so happy and proud of his job. I just want to say that I think that giving people opportunities like that are wonderful and commend you. The world needs more of that. Lady at the desk is really nice. Very welcoming and a wonderful smile and attitude. A great representative of your company. I have always been happy when you came to check my heater.
I do it every 2 years to make sure the thing is working right. Every off year, I buy my filter and put it in myself.

My heating & AC was installed by Air Quality Heating & AC and I had them add a third zone several years ago. The installation and service has always been excellent. They have always done a great job for me and my home is more comfortable in winter and summer than ever.
