I wanted to take a minute to let you know how happy I am with my new air conditioner installation. No one, except you and your team are aware of what a
“messed up” existing system you replaced.
Although the unit that was replaced worked well for over 19 years, you were able to point out all of the issues that were both unsafe and not “to code” that had to be addressed before you could install my new system properly. All this added additional work and time which your team handled without complaint.
A normal replacement takes about a day; however, because you had to correct so many things electrically and replace and enclose refrigerant hoses, it took another couple of days.
I appreciate your patience in explaining that you would handle getting the CPS rebate and how to work my new programmable thermostat and scheduling me so quickly during the hot month of August. I also appreciate your willingness to work with me on paying for all the additional work. I feel it was an investment that will be well worth it.
I had used your company for years for semi-annual preventive maintenance and other small repairs and I always felt valued as a customer when I called and I feel certain that you have been fair with me.
I will certainly advise friends and family to give your company a call should they ask me about HVAC service or replacement.
