Rodolfo came to check out my furnace. Not only was he punctual, he took the time to educate me on my system and how it worked. He made me care about why it was important to have my system checked annually, and my AC as well in the Spring time.

Ethan was very professional and took great care of us. He told me about a program that is going to save us hundreds of dollars each year. So thankful for that. He also recommended we enlarge our intake upstairs so it doesn’t stress our system as much. Very happy with the service as always.

We had a few issues with our A/C system which led to a leak in our closet on the first floor. We had home warranty insurance. But after dealing with the home warranty insurance company and Air Tech, we decided to use Air Tech to replace the coil. It was a pleasant surprise when Air Tech told us that the coil is still under warranty, waived the trip charge for the emergency visit and also gave us credit for the freon charged earlier during the maintenance service. Within 8 hours, all were sorted out and a new coil was in place. We are very pleased with everyone we dealt with from the dispatcher to the technicians. We have been using them for quarterly maintenance in the old house and will continue with the maintenance service in our new house.

My experiences with Air Tech for many years have been excellent (repair and maintenance of systems, replacement of both furnances and air conditioners with systems we have been very pleased with, and maintenance contract checks). The technicians have been professional, on time, very good communicators, and very thorough.

You've got my name wrong, which is Clement and not Kelmond (sounds utterly stupid). When I called to make the appointment, I spelled out my name clearly and repeatedly, so please explain who got it wrong. When your technician was writing out the bill, I noticed my name was wrongly written and he correctly it on my bill, but apparently, he didn't correct your records. Thank you.

Please explain what do you do for an "A/C Inspection and Tune-up", which was what I paid for. I can understand what is involved in an "Inspection" but what exactly are you supposed to do with a "Tune-Up".

Yes, your technician did a great job at changing out a part, which he discovered in a matter of minutes and got the A/C running as it should, but I was SHOCKED at the price of $329 that was charged. Eventually, he brought it down to $250, which was acceptable to me. Other than that, noting else was done to my A/C.

Whilst I'm grateful for his fast service to get my A/C working properly, I'm still rather curious at what is involved in a "Tune-up, so I would be most grateful if you can kindly clarify that for me. Thank you.

We couldn't be happier with the service from Air Tech. They actually started the work 16 hours after giving me a quote, and they were done 8 hours after that. Everything went smoothly, and they cleaned up after themselves really well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace an HVAC system.
