The cleaners arrived on-time and did a good job. They noticed some mold contaminant and treated that. While they were there I had them do my dryer vent cleaning. They helpfully noted that I should get my wash machine hoses converted to metal sheathing to avoid leakage.

The technicians were very professional and I'm sure they did a good job cleaning. However, I was promised photos of my duct system and the photos that I received (in an email after the fact) were very generic and could have been anyone's ducts. I was told that we had mold in our unit and paid an extra $150 to get it cleaned however I did not see any photos of the so-called mold so I can't help but feel that I got jipped a little bit. I would not recommend. I paid almost $600 for services I could have gotten way cheaper elsewhere.
