I had an appointment scheduled, for a few weeks. I also had an email confirmation to show I had an appointment scheduled. However, when I arrived, 15 minutes prior, my appointment “wasn’t in the system.” I was very disappointed. They staff squeezed me in for a quick complimentary facial. I have never had a facial before, sure I’ll try it out. I was less than impressed. I appreciate they tried to make it up to me, but I was so disappointed my appointment was messed up. I have my massage rescheduled for later in the month and hope they follow through this time.
