We have been in business for twenty five years and have a total of 60 years combined experience. I had a great experience with the brake replacement for my 128i. Allen was very clear and did not push, gave me an appointment right away, called me to provide options. I really appreciate the possibility to drop my car the night before and to get it back after business hours as I am not very close to the shop. The replacement of my 4 brakes seems to have been done carefully and with quality parts. I tried to take good care of my care for the 8 years I owned it and it is important for me to find a shop that cares here in Nashville, I feel very confident.
