Dr. Al-Aswad does excellent work. She is efficient and always takes time to answer questions and concerns with expertise and friendliness. I gave the experience 4 stars instead of 5 because one of the assistants is not as confident in her work and it took more than 20 minutes for her to make adjustments to a piece for my teeth. This, in addition to 15 mintes of waiting while the doctor finished with another patient, resulted in the entire appointment lasting over an hour for what could have been a 30 minute procedure.

We appreciate the time you took to write us this wonderful review. I wanted to take few minutes to respond to some of your concerns. Our team is very experienced and pays great attention to details. This is why sometimes appointments and dental work might take longer than ones expects it to do so.
Also we would like you to take into consideration that dental appointments are going to be longer than usual due our new measures to be compliant with the CDC and ADA guidelines dealing with COVID-19.

Given that almost everything in our daily lives is more difficult during this pandemic, I appreciate that Fresh Pond Animal Hospital is not only there for us and our pets, but makes the best effort to attend to us in a safe and efficient manner.
