I was taken back and x-rays were made by very courteous staff, but then I was placed in the dentist chair and sat there almost though an entire movie with nothing further happening. Finally the doctor showed up and snatch the tooth out and I was out the door. Everybody I dealt with was extremely nice and courteous. If it weren't for that EXTREMELY LONG wait time and being told several times that the doctor will be seeing me soon, I would have given a 5 star treatment. I will go back and hopefully the wait time was just a one time thing and it WILL NOT happen again.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It is our goal to not only provide the best dental care possible to our patients, but to make customer service a priority as well. We want every patient to have the best possible experience from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave our office and we apologize if we failed you in this instance.
Although we see walk-ins/ emergencies every day, Saturday tends to be a day we see more than normal. I realize you had an appointment and we do our best to remain on time, however, sometimes the emergencies will run us behind. On Saturday there is only one doctor seeing patients (as opposed to 2 or 3 during the week). We commit to seeing every patient that is appointed or has an emergency even if it means they have to wait a little. Again, we apologize that you had to wait longer than normal. We know you have a choice when it comes to your dental needs and we truly appreciate you choosing our office.
