Had a very good experience the doctor i met was very knowledgable and very concerned about my issues and was therefore able to help me as best as she could i am very thankful out of months of hurting i feel some relief in knowing someone has the time to listen and help me with my back pain i would definitely recommend this particular clinic

I don't like being asked my bd and reason for visit out-loud in front of everyone else. I don't think it falls under PPI. I Also whish you stayed open a bit later. Taking off work is not good especially if you're a new employee. Everything was GREAT outside of that. Theresa, Shani, and student NP were GREAT. YOUR PHARMACY STAFF JODI IS an EXCEPTIONAL person and pharmacist.

The younger females there I feel need more experience on professionalism. When they answer the phone it seems to be with an attitude. The walls are really thin there and they need to be aware that patients can hear them even with the doors closed. I actually heard the younger female with dreads talking about me while I was there down the hall. It is supposed to be a no judgement zone and opinions need to be kept to themselves because they don't know a person's situation. All in all the people that work there need to be more professional.
