After speaking with Johnathan over the phone and making an appointment to have a vehicle I was considering purchasing inspected he assured me that it would be a thorough inspection of the vehicle.
Once I arrived at the shop he was very welcoming, personable which created a relax environment for me. Not that typical sinking feeling when you enter most shops knowing you're about to be taken for a ride.
The inspection was done right away and indeed was thorough. There were several crucial issues caught during the inspection that would have been missed with the naked eye.
I honestly have never written a review on any product or service before. But I felt compelled too based on my experience with Alan Cox Automotive and Johnathan in particular.

The service work was carefully explained and implemented. Mechanic/Co-Owner Jeremy Bucy worked me into the time frame I needed as his last customer before he took some vacation time. I appreciate the benefit at Alan Cox Automotive to use the same mechanic each time I bring my car in for service. Parts Manager Jonathan Hall searched for a less costly part before I arrived in order to reduce the cost of this relatively expensive repair.
