Most of our vendors in the state will accommodate our needs on a relatively short, machine-down basis. Last week, we called your company to have some springs made as soon as possible. We were told by Ben that he was unwilling to "fire up the furnace" to make some springs for us. That left us with only one choice - purchase only those spring sections that were broken rather than a complete new set. For the record, we have been dealing with your company for 20+ years.
