As always, Dr. Albright is excellent. He knows his stuff and treats me with respect, care and a sense of humor. Some of the young women on his staff are not so wonderful. The assistant who did all the pre-measures was efficient on the verge of curt and disregarding. I had to tell her three times that I was hard-of-hearing and asked her each tim to look at me when she spoke to me and to speak more slowly, especially when I could not see her face. I still had to ask her to repeat almost every thing she said. She seemed technically competent but interpersonally uncaring and disregarding. A second person from the office gave me wrong prices for lease replacement and a third woman, who seemed more informed about replacement lenses and prices was competent, but again not regarding and caring. She did not make eye contact when she spoke to me and several times I had to ask her to repeat what she had said because her head was down and I could not make out what she was saying. But again, Dr. Albright is the best!

Albright Eyecare replied:

I apologize for your frustration with our staff. You were too lenient on me for not speaking directly to you as well. It has unfortunately become more difficult to administer and record many of our exam tests and maintain eye contact simultaneously. Technology requires that we have to multitask and I put a high emphasis in myself and staff that we put in accurate data into the medical record. That causes us to look at computer screens a tremendous amount more than decades past. I will remind everyone to work hard to accommodate to those with hearing issues in the future. Dr. A.
