The staff is very pleasant. The dental work was painless and quick. My only concerns were the handling of the insurance payment even though the game plan was to use insurance coverage for all the dental work, I still ,somehow, ended up with a bill amounting to well over $600. I am still very confused as to how this happened. Last but not least my dental work was infected for months after. Even during my cleaning the hygienist show concern. Yet nothing was done to remedy the problem. I really love going to this dentist. I just want to be sure that these concerns are not a symptom of a larger problem.

We always strive to provide accurate estimates on services to be rendered, to the best of our ability in getting accurate information from the insurance company. In the future, feel free to ask our staff to obtain a written pre-authorization from your insurance. This is the best way to avoid surprises.
