Although the vet herself were very pleasant the wait times are absolutely absurd. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment (so I know I didn't miss my time sloted appointment) and waited an hour and 10mins to see a vet. My appointment was at 3pm and I never saw a vet until 4pm which is just ridiculous. Although they moved me into an exam room after 50 mins of waiting in the waiting room I still waited another 20mins in the exam room. It is already stressful enough for my dog to be at the vet but his anxiety level of having to be restrained while waiting around other pets gets even higher the longer he has to wait. If you are running that far behind you should really contact your appointments and let them know or at least tell me when I check in. I would much rather wander around outside walking my dog than having to sit and hold him still for AN HOUR to see a vet.
On top of that when I was finished my exam and was waiting to pay at the counter the receptionist made me wait again. They shuffled papers, answered phone calls without even looking up at me or saying a simple "I'll be with you in just one moment" or apologizing for the wait.They even cashed out a lady that came out of the exam room AFTER me and completely ignored me until I interrupted them to tell them I was waiting to pay too. Just really horrible costumer service.
The worst part is it didn't even seem that busy while I was waiting. I only saw 2 other pets come out in the whole hour.
