I received a bill my cleaning in September for both my cleanings ( Feb of 2017 & Aug of 2017). I have never received a bill before as I know my insurance pays 100% of 2 cleanings a year and one xrays. Upon calling and talking to two different people that supposedly do the billing, I had to read my EOB's to them as the Feb one showed paid in full by my ins. I had to tell them the claim number, the check number and the date it was processed. And they hadn't even billed my insurance for my August cleaning... But billed me? They have since resolved this issue.. I hope.. but just not professional.
I know there is a new staff in there but the professionalism just isn't there. I hope you can step up your game.
