All Creatures Animal Hospital was top notch. We were a first time patient with Chilly our Kinkajou. We were in need of immediate attention over the holidays. Dr. Meakin made himself available and provided 1:1 feedback instantly. We were immediately sent over a prescription and had an appointment in the books and headed from Indiana. We immediately were assured that their patients take first priority and felt safe trusting Chilly in their hands. The were very considerate/sensitive to Chilly's needs/breed. An great example was them leaving the lights off while getting her weight (since she is nocturnal and it was the first introduction to the new environment. Their use of technology and social media professionally internal and external is above standard as well! We hands down will be back as we feel Chilly has become part of their family.

We are so happy that you chose us to take care of Chilly, and cannot thank you enough for making the trip all the way from Indianapolis. That is quite a drive for a visit to the vet, but it seems that we were able to make your trip worth it. Your pet's health and well-being is our top priority. The staff was quick to assess our dogs life threatening condition which led to emergency surgery and saved her life. We felt our interaction with Abby, the vet tech, was like having a family member take care of our pet. We will be forever grateful to All Creatures for saving our precious pet.
Grooming did an excellent job on our 12 year old little Pekingese and he looks like a puppy again. He has sensitive skin and often has reactions after grooming (we call it the itchy and scratchy show), but they used hypoallergenic shampoo on him and he's playful and happy and doing fantastic with no signs of irritation. :)
I cannot say enough great things about our experience with the veterinarian. She went above and beyond all expectations. She gave him a comprehensive exam and cleaned out his ears and turned out the light to get a better look at his eyes, which nobody has ever done before. She took her time with us and answered all the questions I had and gave excellent suggestions without being pushy.
From the moment I sat down I the waiting area, after checking in at the front desk, up to the moment I paid for the services I was there 1hour and 18 minutes. Actual face time with the Vet, 10minutes. I know that sometimes emergencies occur. However, the last two visits I've made have run into emergencies! I like the Mt Washington office because this doesn't seem to be an issues there but the hours are extremely limited.
The tech that took us back was so rude. I have never been treated like that before at all creatures. Dr Meaken came in and a tech named Jess. They were great as usual. I will never allow that first tech to check us in again.
Mr. Fender, we apologize for the rudeness of our tech. While we are happy to hear that your experience with Dr. Meakin and Jessica were great, it is not acceptable for the tech, who first encountered you, to have acted in an inappropriate. This issue will be addressed with her, &, again, we do apologize. Thank you for your feedback, and we do hope to see you again in the future.

Buddy was groomed yesterday 2/22/17. He is a golden/lab/chow mix. His hair was so overgrown and was in desperate need of a haircut. I told the girls what I wanted and they exceeded my expectations. He looks handsome again. He is half the size minus the hair. They also took really good care of him. We will see you again soon! Thank you and thank the groomer for us!!!
