I dont trust you guys anymore. I took my car in to get it fixed and when I got it returned it had a knocking noice i had never heard before but your mechanic insisted that it was normal. I drove my car with that noice for 2-5 months. In those 2-5 months i received phone calls and email from you guys stating if I was going to fix my spark plugs because while you guys were testing my car to fix the issue i took it in for you notice the gaps were not correct. I clearly knew that that was not the case because my father and husband had just changed them with the help of a mechanic. After taking it in to you guys again because that noice was bothering me, another mechanic looked at it and said the noice is not normal he said we have to go into the engine and find out what it is and again the spark plugs were mentioned. So I brought it home to my husband and I said can you just check the spark plugs for me maybe that's the reason why it's making the noise and that's why they keep bringing it up and so he did he checked the spark plugs and of course one spark plug was completely broken and as soon as we replaced it the knocking sound went away the engine light turned of and its been of for months now. So I will never take my car to you guys again you guys are liars and you tried to take my hard earned money.

We are sorry that we had a miscommunication during our service with you. Looks like we worked on your vehicle once back in December of last year. Upon arrival your concerns indicated a hissing and squeaking noise, we found that there was a vacuum leak at the intake manifold gasket and a water pump that was leaking. During that initial check out and complimentary comprehensive maintenance inspection we found that the check engine light was on with several codes po128 coolant temp, po171 to lean on bank 1 and po300 random misfire. We also have a notation that the vehicle ran really poor stuttering and running rough. We performed a smoke test where we found the intake gasket leaking causing the po171 to lean on bank 1 and the coolant leak along with a stuck thermostat causing the po128 code. We pulled 1 spark plug and found that the spark plug which was a newer autolite that the plug gap was at .052 the spec for that vehicle is .045 so we suggested pulling all spark plugs and regapping them properly, to start at the basics for the Po300 random misfire. We did not obtain approval for that, so we performed the coolant repair and intake gasket repair. The vehicle ran better after the repair, but we still had a few items that were recommended for it to be complete. We do follow up all repairs with a thank you via email or phone, and usually a follow up call to see how it is running. If there was still an issue, we would have been more than willing to schedule an appointment to verify the noise and assess what was needed. Glad that your husband was able to double check the spark plugs and found the issue. I am sorry that we must not have explained the course of repair thoroughly and that this caused your dissatisfaction.
