Staff at front desk was professional, appeared one was in training. Vet tech was sweet and treated my girl with love. Dr. Kenny, of course, is the reason why I came to this office. She has been with both of my dogs for a long time at Sanford Animal.

Had an urgent (to me) issue with our kitty. Staff got us in early the next day. Everyone was pleasant. Everything was explained before it was done. So happy to have found Dr. Kenny.

I arrived for my appointment way too early and they were kind enough to let me be seen at an earlier time. Dr. Maria is the best with animals! The techs are very good with the animals too. Everybody is so friendly :)

My first time at this clinic the people I had contact with was friendly and helpful the assistant was very nice towards Pepper and asked a lot of questions concerning Pepper's condition for the DR. whom I knew from the other clinic
She was very thorough with the evaluation for Pepper and a decision was made for her for her condition

If your only doctor is out sick , maybe you should pick up the phone and call your appointments. Very unprofessional. I have potential adopters driving 30 minutes to meet me here. And I got no messages about the cancellation.
