I’m so thankful to have found the amazing team here! They have been so good to my pets during a very scary and stressful time with our pup. The communication can not be beat. We had gone to banfield for over ten years and we were sent here during an emergency. Needless to say we will remain here. The care has been wonderful. The doctors work together and not against one another. They call back during emergencies, and they saw my pup during a critical time even when he was not their patient. The front staff is very kind and understanding and relays messages without missing a beat. The techs can’t be beat. Even when my pup knows he has to get poked he still happily goes with them which tells me they are good to him even when I can’t be right at his side. He isn’t scared to be there.
Most importantly, when the doctors have exhausted all options on extremely complicated cases they are quick to get your dog to a specialist. This is not always so with a lot of vets around here who tend to brush you off or refuse to send you elsewhere to look deeper into an issue. I could not be happier with this vets office. They take the absolute best care of our fur family. Dr. Souza is our main Vet and she is new there. We are very lucky to have her in our little town. Would definitely recommend for everything from a simple check up to a complicated issue.

Friendly fast visit, painless and easy to figure out next steps and appropriate care for our elder cat! Took the time to answer any and all questions, didn't try to just answer them flatly, but fully and further than often asked, great care for animals here! We have already recommended them to many family & friends, and plan to go here for any and all animals care!

The employees are always friendly and do such a great job interacting with our dogs. The tech was very transparent on which shots, tests, etc. would be taking place during our visit.

Dr Souza and the staff were able to fit my dog in first thing in the morning my to have a small bleeding mass removed. They were extremely caring and worked quickly to get her home to rest for the rest of that day.
