Updated our propane system to geothermal. Their bid was very fair, responsive, and meaningfully better than competitors. The work was done in a timely, efficient manner, the workers friendly, courteous. the results working great. For as big a hole as was made to install the ground loops, the finish was tidy and clean. They previously updated the geothermal of my next-door neighbor (from well to ground loop, open to closed loop change) and he was just as happy. A great relief when all was said and done.

After doing work in excess of $3,000 replacing our heating system, we detected a leak near the pipes around the control panel. All Climate sent an incompetent, arrogant guy who showed up without basic tools, gave us an exorbitant estimate and charged us $108.
