I am very comfortable bringing both my cats to All Creatures. Whether I'm dealing with the New Paltz or Newburgh branch, the staff are competent, professional, and up front with charges. Best of all, they treat my cats well. I've been to many vets over the years, and some of the staff can be downright rough. At All Creatures, I know they'll handle my beloved friends gently.

I was impressed with this practice when I had to bring one of my cats for dental surgery. They gave me the cost estimate, but it wound up costing much less. I appreciated their honesty.

The absolute vest in animal care that I have ever been to! I have had dogs for 20 years in the past 10 I have been seeing all creatures doctors and they are the best. When I had to go through putting one of my pets to sleep, the staff was comforting and kind. Having such a wonderful place so close to my area is a gift I treasure. I literally have become friends with some of the staff who take the time to know the owner and the pet very well. I highly recommend you’re going to All Creatures for any need for your pet

Everyone at All Creatures, the doctors, their assistants, and all of the staff, is skilful, intelligent, caring and courteous. What plagues me is wondering why, with such a pool of knowledge and acumen, the costs are so high.

Always love taking animals to Dr. Harlec

Everyone there was wonderful. They are so friendly and welcoming Donna the receptionist, the vet tech who helped me and of course Dr. Harlec.

Friendly warm always professional always helpful. My one complaint is I wish all creatures and Newburgh Vet would merge their computer systems. It’s so frustrating because the new Paltz office has such limited hours that sometimes I’ve had to go to the one in Newburgh and they never have updated info because they have to switch back-and-forth. Fortunately I knew what the previous information was from my last visit at the Newburgh clinic but they didn’t have it at the New Paltz clinic other than that they’re great
