Dr. Steinbeiser was wonderful! She saw our guinea pig and she was very knowledgeable, kind and caring. You could tell she truly enjoyed and loved guinea pigs. She was very personable, willingly answered all our questions and was so patient. Our boy is doing better and I would absolutely recommend her and this practice.

I love the doctors but not happy on being charged $95 for a sick and was not happy w the dr so brought her to her dr abd was charged ab additional 50. It’s too expensive to go here now. Plus an additional 328 for biopsy. It’s out of control.

The exotic vet in the Newburgh office Dr. Acevedo is new and young but so very knowledgeable about my bearded dragon. All the staff was very nice and got me in very quickly. It was a good experience and I left there feeling like I learned a lot of great information.
