The vet was very nice, I’m upset that my ferret was harmed when scruffing. We have scruffed her with no issues, her brother scruffs her during play but the vet assistant pulled her hair out and caused her to have bruising. Then they gave me an estimate to put her under sedation, stating that she may have blood issues which I think was a way of not taking responsibility. She could not get a hold on her and pulled her hair, she has never lost that much hair when scruffing. Other vets have never had this issue.

Put our stress and worries at ease when we came to Dr.Turner. She is easy to talk to and listens to what you tell her. And turned a sick animal and a whole lot of stress into a healthy happy animal in less than a week.

Dr. Turner goes that extra mile and my "Lucy" really likes the way she relates to her. She is a big Old English Sheepdog and she can be intimating. Dr. Turner is compassionate plus very knowledgeable with experience. Now that's a winning combination so all my pets are seeing her.

Phantom had another hot spot, so I called to get the earliest available appointment. They said they had an opening in just a few hours! We find that the faster he is medicated the better the outcome so I was so relieved to get him seen that quickly. He never whined once when she clipped him, which is saying a lot as A.Cockers are not known for being stoic. We
have never had a bad experience here.
