I had a great new patient visit. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything and rhe “why’s” of each part of the exam. He and his assistant were very kind and welcoming. The front desk staff uploaded my insurance and had estimated snd explanations for my plan of care within minutes. I was hesitant to leave my previous dental office that had been taking care of me for 25 years, and I drove 40 minutes to be seen, but my schedule changed and they’re off the same day as me, so I transferred to Allisnce for Dental Care, much closer to home, on the recommendation from a coworker. My only disappointment is in myself for not switching sooner!
