I really like all of the dentists, hygienists and administrative workers.
I also really like the quality of your work.
I have one constructive piece of feedback in regards to financial policy.
I had a full $500. panoramic xray and examination with gum measurements a little over 2 years ago at my last dentist's office.
I told my dentist here that could not afford to do another one right now, but I would really like a cleaning, which my insurance pays for.
I was told I can't get a cleaning unless I do the panoramic and exam which is $300.
I am retired and on a fixed income, which is below the poverty line.
There are a lot of people in this position and I did not get the feeling that my dentist unstood that.
She was fine with postponing the panoramic xray, but then no cleaning.
That policy has never been true for me in my 70 years.
I'm not asking for a reduction.
I don't think they are not understanding this on purpose. It is a sad situation though when dental care is only afforded to the wealthy.
Thank you for your consideration
