Great visit to order and pick out my glasses. Too bad no one compared what the lab sent, the lab's order and my glasses when they came in. They were wrong and because this facility closes early I had to take time off of work to NOT get my glasses. Poor

I had no problem with Drs side. The side where you get glasses has been an issue for the last several visits. This time I went to get my glasses and neither bothered to get out of chair to help and when I asked to see the Davis line for my insurance the girls response was " oh, we don't carry that anymore." I asked what now since they have always had and that is what my insurance is and her reply without looking at me was"You have $60 towards frames". Half were not marked and everyone I saw was $168+. Needless to say I called Hagerstown and they conviently still carry what I need so I will be taking my whole families business back to that store and if and when they stop carrying Davis I will go to a private Dr. The are rude at Spring Mills and have been. The other guy sets in his chair and is on internet most of time. Everytime I am there. Not very professional. I live and work there and have all my life. Word of mouth is the best.

Everything was fine. Dr was super great. Stephanie was such a great help to me. As for the other girl there she acted like it was an effert to help you.

had a problem with broken glasses that were still under warranty. The folks got me hooked up and out with a new frame in excellent time and with a great attitude. Keep up the great work.
