We love Allegheny Veterinary. The staff is always helpful. I don't feel like I am pressured into unnecessary testing or treatments. Dr Nicki has helped out in numerous ways with our 6 Greyhounds over the years. She just has a special connection with our dogs. We also travel an hour for the appointment. We have been to many Vets in the 35 years here in Pittsburgh with our 8 dogs and 1 cat. I can say she is the Best Vet we were lucky to come across. I also think she is fair with her pricing.

Staff was very friendly and helped treat my cat with an abscess he had on his eye. Very affordable as well, couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Our dog Chase had another ear infection and was treated quickly and efficiently by Dr. Nikki. Our appointment was right on time. After trying a number of medications to allow Chase to relax while traveling in the car on long trips, we were successful this time in finding something that worked beautifully on a recent trip.
