I have been very happy with ALL your employees and services and overall experience at your office for mostly regular check ups & cleaning , but just recently had somewhat of an emergency which was my first with your office. I have nothing but GREAT things to say!! From the smallest of things (great Holiday smells from candles), to all at the front desk, greeting me with a hello & a smile & acknowledging me when I walk in the door, to the wonderful, friendly, cheerful, gentle dental assistant Amy, and Dr. Hamilton with her exceptional gentle touch, GREAT 'bedside' manner, yet keeping me informed with EVERY step of the way, and more.
I was there for a long procedure (~1-1/4 hours) yet it all went SO smoothly, and effortlessly, I thought I was there ~ 1/2 an hour!!
All have gone out of their way to help me through this situation, above and beyond.
Kuddos to you and ALL your staff. Would recommend to anyone.
thank you all for your professionalism yet making a trip to the dentist something to almost look forward to !

My massage appoinment was for 11:00 am, the person that gave me the massage arrived to the waiting area at 11:04, he started the massage at 11:15 and finished it at 12:45, I asked in reception about the time the lady told me that 2 hours massage are 1 hr and 50 min on hand massage but did not do anything about my 30 min lost (understood that 10 of those 30 is for taking me to the room and getting ready), Can not recommend this spa.Read More …
