I am so impressed with Animal Hospital of Collin County. Our year old golden retriever had an ear infection and we had not yet had an established vet. Previously, we had just been taking our sweet girl to get her vaccines at the local vaccine clinic. I had called several vet offices to try and get our girl in but nothing was available immediately. I took a chance and walked into Animal Hospital of Collin County. The office is very nice and clean and the front office ladies truly went above and beyond. I had my little boys with me in addition to trying to handle a very active year old golden retriever. The front office lady (wish I got her name) not only told me not to worry and to take a seat because they will fit us in but she also helped me so much with my little boys by giving them some coloring pencils and paper to occupy our time during our wait. Once we were taken back (our wait wasn’t that long at all) we got to meet Dr. Alex Aronoff. He was so wonderful to our golden girl and so was his tech who was assisting him. Dr. Aronoff took his time with our golden and once he was able to diagnose her with an ear infection he prescribed her the meds she needed and made certain I didn’t have any questions before we left the office. We are day two and our golden girl is feeling so much better! I highly recommend Dr. Aronoff at the Animal Hospital of Collin County.
Dr. Paine and staff provided excellent care to our Belle and support to us as we made difficult decisions concerning her health. All possibilities for Belle were explained fully and in terms easy for us to understand at a difficult time. Thank you.
We have a very sensitive dog who is severely allergic. Dr. Aronoff and Sara were so helpful and compassionate towards our little boy. Dr. Aronoff was right there to help when we had an emergency and we couldn't have been more pleased with his help. The front staff is also always very friendly.
Our new rescue is pretty timid and the staff and Dr. did everything they could to keep him calm and not scared. Very kind, loved the experience. He even wagged his tails a bit. Everything was explained and we were not rushed. They gave us a discount for our first visit and promote adopting and rescues. Very happy with our choice to go here.
Maggie went to see Dr. Paine again Monday for a pretty invasive surgery and I could not be more pleased with his treatment plan, flexibility, and communication during the whole process. This hospital and staff are the best in the business, no contest.
Everything was fine until I got the bill. I brought Missy back because she was pulling at her stitches. I was charged an additional $41 for less than 10 minutes to tell us we had 3 choices. Board her turn the collar around or get her a baby shirt. I boarded her. I was also charged for another e-collar that was of a soft material that was placed on her. That option was not told to me.
Would recommend however charges need to be stated as not to give people sticker shock.
