AAIR was founded in Glenwood Springs by Dr. Robert McDermott, MD in 2008. Dr. McDermott is a board certified Allergist/Immunologist who trained at National Jewish Hospital in Denver, Colorado. In 2016, Dr. Regan Pyle, DO, a board certified Allergist/Immunologist who trained at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, joined the practice. In nearly 10 years, AAIR has expanded across the Vail and Roaring Fork Valleys with offices from Avon to Aspen & plans to expand to Summit County in 2018.

OMG! What great attention and care I received when I had an allergic reaction 2 hours after my office appointment! I went back to the Eagle office just as it was closing for lunch. The staff and Dr. McDermott could not have been more considerate and helpful. I really appreciae their patience and concern and look forward to exploring the cause and treatment of that reaction and my other allergies.
