I like the environment and also I liked the doc who treated me but I don't know why my filling came out about 2hours later.. Now I have to go back again and have them to fix it I would expect my doc to give me a valid reason of why this happen.. I was thinking of recommend my friend and family's but now I will think twice...

We were very disappointed to read your review and wanted to address your concerns.
As it was previously explained to you, the temporary filling is just as the name suggests, temporary and is placed as a temporary cover for patient comfort only while a lab made alternative is prepared. In your case, the temporary did not fall out, but a piece of it chipped. This can happen when eating or biting especially on teeth with substantial damage.
We attempted to schedule you for a consultation visit to go over the procedure with you, but you declined stating that you are busy and your schedule does not allow you to come in for anything other than treatment. We were understanding of your situation so instead we have sent you the procedure explanation, that describes your treatment in great detail, by e-mail, prior to your treatment. The explanation mentions the temporary filling and its properties and specifically mentions what to do in case there is a problem with the temporary filling.
When we spoke to you on the phone we told you that it is not necessary to come in, and to come in for 5 minutes only if you feel uncomfortable, otherwise you could wait until your scheduled appointment for placement with the permanent, lab-fabricated restoration.

We feel disappointed and disheartened that you would write such a negative review after being a patient for many years and having nothing but a positive experience prior to this point and especially after all of our attempts to educate you on your treatment.
