The scheduling of the service call was efficient given the need to understand with clarity the type of door and opener. The technician arrived on time and completed the service/part replacement quickly. The work was satisfactory and, in my view, reasonable in price.
My only concern is that the person who scheduled the call told me that I would have to order the part on my own and then all back to schedule. When the technician arrived, he informed me that Allied carried the part which I had ordered and that it would have been cheaper to buy it from them.
