I have been a loyal customer for a few years now. After not being happy with my last visit 6 weeks ago, I started not to return. But after contacting Dan, I decided to give them another chance to correct the problem. Dan explained to me the problem that happened during my last visit. It is understandable that sometimes you get a bad employee and have to terminate them. This visit, the problem was corrected and completed, along with a transmission service.
