While I liked that Dan was responsive and gave me quotes, the things that held me back from 5 stars was the fact that it took longer to get my car back than initially stated. The reason for this was that I needed a control arm (driver's side) and when they received the control arm and went to put it in, a bushing (or bearing) was needed that was not included with the price of the control arm. It was an additional $85.00 and two days without my car. I don't think there was much that could be done about the delay, and Dan was a real sweetheart when he told me about it, and my options. The other detail that prevented a 5 star rating is that when I did pick up my car (which was ready two hours earlier than what I was expecting), the thing was filthy on the inside. I had to go get my car detailed because there was auto shop dust on every part of the inside of my car. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with my service. Dan was amazing in answering all of my questions, and getting my car in. The cost was reasonable, and so far, the control arm is working. Another perk about Allied is that they offered a two year, 24,000 mile warranty on parts and labor. I feel good about it.
