I have been coming to Dr. Jones for sometime now. He is a good dentist, and the staff always takes good care of me. I rated my experience a 4 star due to the most recent purchase of Dr. Jones practice by Sage Dental. It seems that there have been issues that have popped up since his practice was taken over. Recently an appointment that I had scheduled well in advance was cancelled. The staff let me know that they had made a mistake and scheduled too many people on the day that I was to come in. That is a mistake that should not have happened, and never happened prior to Sage Dental taking over.
It is my hope that the quality and level of service I am used to experiencing with Dr. Jones office won't fall off now that his practice has been taken over by a large company.
